The Idaho Industrial Commission will begin the formal rulemaking process to update its Electronic Data Interface rules next month, according to a timetable posted to its website.
The commission earlier in April released a draft version for EDI Claims Release 3.0 that employers will be required to use to submit injury reports starting in 2017. The commission has adopted the implementation guidelines of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions.
