A Missouri manufacturing plant faces $46,800 in fines by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration after inspectors found 10 serious violations of health and safety regulations. OSHA cited Clemco Industries in Washington for failing to comply with machine safety procedures, such as locking devices, emergency stop switches and guards; not training employees about safety procedures and hazards; and failing to inspect ropes and chains monthly.
