The Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation is set to adopt extensive changes to the rules that govern appeals of judges' decisions and orders.
The bureau posted the final changes to Administrative Code 0800-02-22 last week on filing fees, records needed for appeals, motions, appeals of interlocutory orders, compensation orders, oral arguments, settlements and more.
The changes follow a public comment period and hearing. They were last revised in 2018.
