An Orlando, Florida-based roofing contractor faces $134,510 in federal penalties after a worker fell to his death at a residential work site.
Kasper Roofing & Construction Inc. was cited Oct. 11 by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The company has 15 business days to contest the citations.
