A Dallas employer agreed to pay $50,000 to settle a manager's disability discrimination lawsuit contending that it failed to accommodate her disability, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced.REDC Default Solutions settled with the EEOC and Terria Wiley, a former asset manager for the employer.
