OSHA Issues 25 Citations to Railcar Repair Firm

Fall hazards, exposure to moving parts and lack of personal protection equipment and safety training led to $59,200 in proposed penalties against a railcar repair service, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration said. OSHA cited Warren Railcar Services in Warren, Pennsylvania for 25 serious and one other-than-serious safety and health violations.
