By Sherri OkamotoLegal ReporterThe Nebraska Supreme Court on Friday ruled that the two-step causation analysis applicable to workers' compensation claims involving injuries from heart attacks was properly extended to apply to a worker's claim based on an episode of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
