Court Upholds Reduction in Worker's Permanent Disability Rating for Ankle Injury

The Mississippi Court of Appeals ruled that substantial evidence supported the Workers’ Compensation Commission’s decision to reduce a worker’s permanent disability rating from 10% to 2% when she had returned to work without any medical restrictions, at a higher rate of pay than she had been receiving when she was hurt.
