The California Division of Workers’ Compensation is holding an in-person public meeting Dec. 6 to hear ideas on improving the state’s system.
The division said all system users including employers, injured workers, attorneys, carriers and health care providers are invited to share thoughts and suggestions.
Stakeholders can recommend improvements for all aspects of the comp system during the hearing.
Speakers will be given five minutes to provide comments.
The hearing is at 10 a.m. Dec. 6 in the auditorium of the Elihu Harris state office building, 1515 Clay St. in Oakland.
