Committee Sends MLFS Update, Cost-of-Living Bills to Suspense File

The California Senate Appropriations Committee sent to its suspense file bills addressing regular updates to permanent partial disability benefits and the Medical-Legal Fee Schedule. The committee on Monday unanimously voted to send SB 555 and SB 668 to its suspense file.
