Payment of two workers' compensation claims for the jailed brother of Trenton Mayor Tony Mack will be decided by the city council today (Thursday).Stanley "Muscles" Davis, former supervisor at Trenton Water Works, would receive $5,000 if the claim payment is approved. Davis was sent to jail in 2012 after pleading guilty to ordering city employees and equipment to work on private projects for which he accepted cash payment.Davis filed one claim in 2008, claiming a lower back injury, and a second claim for a 2009 injury to his left shoulder.
