Man Sentenced to 21 Months for Premium Fraud Conviction

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida announced that George Garcia was sentenced to 21 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to conspiring to commit wire fraud by underreporting his payroll. Garcia was also ordered to forfeit $126,200 as part of his sentence.
