The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a general contractor for violations of safety standards at a commercial roofing project in Paterson, N.J.OSHA said in a news release it is proposing $49,600 in fines against R. E. General Contractor for repeat and serious violations in connection with replacement of a roof on a commercial building in Paterson.
