A former prison guard could now face time behind bars himself after he was charged with $64,000 in workers' compensation fraud.
Hollie Allen, 44, of Montague, New Jersey, was charged this week with working while receiving benefits in Pennsylvania, according to a local news report.
Prosecutors in Milford, Pennsylvania, said Allen filed a workers' compensation claim in 2015 while he was a guard at the Pike County Correctional Facility.
