KY Medical Group Sued by Liberty for $1M Fraud

In an effort to combat illegal medical billings, Allstate Insurance Company and Liberty Mutual Group filed a federal RICO action on June 20 against a Kentucky doctor and owners of several medical clinics and billing companies. The defendants in this case include, Dr. Olen Amerson (retired), of Paintsville, as well as Greg Mack, Mark L.
