CWCI Announces 25th Case Law Update

The California Workers’ Compensation Institute will conduct its 25th annual California Workers’ Compensation Case Law Update in person and online on May 23. The program will examine how recent trends in decisional law are reshaping California work comp and discuss defense strategies for attorneys, claims personnel and hearing reps, CWCI said.
