A federal appellate court overturned a denial of Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act benefits to a marine construction worker who suffered hearing loss while employed on a bridge replacement project. Case: Wilson v. OWCP, No. 19-3542, 12/31/2020, published. Facts: Richard Wilson worked for the Creamer-Sanzari Joint Venture from approximately 2010 to 2014.
