OSHA: Contractor Exposed Workers to Falls, Impalement

A Stirling, New Jersey-based contractor is facing $52,470 in fines after federal inspectors allegedly uncovered falling and impalement hazards at three construction sites. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration discovered eight health and safety violations during a February inspection at Concrete Systems' work sites in Bloomfield, according to a Thursday press release.
