FL: Legislative Committee to Study SB 50-A

The Florida Senate has released the 2003/2004 interim work plan for committees, which includes a study authorized by Senate President Jim King on the new workers' compensation laws.The project, entitled 'Review of the 2003 Workers' Compensation Act' is due December 1, 2003 is for the purpose of resolving how certain provisions of SB 50-A would actually be implemented.
