USDCA - Judge OK to Overrule Jury re Experts

The United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals last week held that a trial court hearing a third party work injury claim can reverse a jury verdict and enter summary judgment on the basis that expert testimony relied upon by the plaintiff was not sufficiently reliable.In Amorgianos v.
