Missouri employers will see some relief next year in the way of a 50 percent cut in the administrative tax on workers' compensation insurance.Announced yesterday, the cut will save the state's employers more than $12 million a year, Gov. Bob Holden said.The reduction is comprised of a cut to 1 percent of premiums in 2004. The surcharge that funds the Second Injury Fund will remain flat at 4 percent.
