The North Carolina Court of Appeals upheld the denial of a group of claims against a tire manufacturer based on allegations that workers had been exposed to asbestos. Case: Hinson v. Continental Tire the Americas, No. COA18-770, 09/03/2019, published. Facts: Walter Dunbar Hinson worked for Continental Tire the Americas from 1967 until 1999.
