Court Upholds Award to Maintenance Worker for PTD Benefits, Travel Expenses

The Iowa Court of Appeals ruled that a maintenance worker was entitled to an award of permanent total disability benefits for a back injury, as well as reimbursement for his travel expenses to secure treatment.
