Outdoor Ad Company Cited After Worker Burned by High-Voltage Line

An outdoor advertising company is facing $32,435 in proposed penalties for alleged safety violations after a worker suffered third-degree burns when a metal pole being used to install a billboard sign touched an overhead power line. Outfront Media was issued three citations by the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, also known as Cal-OSHA.
