A Trio of Docs Removed From Worker Treatment List

The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (SWCB) has removed the names of three physicians from the list authorizing them to treat claimants.The board announced Thursday that Dr. Jean-Francois Hibbert, an emergency treatment physician from Harris, N.Y., agreed in a consent order issued April 30 by the state Board for Professional Medical Conduct not to contest an allegation of negligence.
