Calif. 5th Rejects Awareness-Starts-Clock Argument

A claimant's awareness that his stress symptoms were work related for more than a year before filing a claim was insufficient to begin the statute of limitations period, the California 5th District Court of Appeal ruled in an opinion not certified for publication in official reports.
