WCIRB Proposes Increasing Threshold for Experience Rating

The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California is proposing to increase the threshold used to determine whether employers will be eligible for experience rating. Eligibility for experience rating is determined based on payroll and the expected loss rate for the employer's classification code. The sum must equal or exceed the minimum eligibility threshold.
