The Montana State Fund will be seeking to restructure in the coming new year to operate more like private sector carriers, according to Montana paper, the Daily Missoulian. The State Fund provides workers' compensation insurance for the state and some 26,000 Montana businesses. In August, the state legislature ordered a bi-partisan study reviewing the Fund's structure.
