A Fall River, Massachusetts man was indicted on charges he collected more than $82,500 in workers' compensation while simultaneously running a karate school.Last Wednesday, Ricci DeGaetano, 35, who was employed as a corrections officer at MCI-Bridgewater before alleging industrial injuries, was indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury on two counts each of workers' compensation fraud and larceny of more than $250 by false pretense.
