KY Court Holds Auto Policy Excludes Work Comp Claims

The Kentucky Court of Appeals published a decision Christmas Eve ruling that a landscaping company's auto insurer was not liable for damages in a truck-train crash that killed two of the company's seasonal employees, ruling that injuries that should be covered by work comp are specifically excluded.In Indiana Insurance Co. vs. Willowbank Garden Co.
