WCC Revises Average Weekly Wage Rule

The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission (WCC) announced it has amended its regulations to establish a clear process and timeline for determining the average weekly wage.WCC adopted an amendment to Regulation .07 under Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 14.09.01, effective Sept. 13.
