The California Division of Workers’ Compensation’s formulary should fast track approval of nearly one-third of the drugs currently dispensed to injured workers when it goes into effect.
But with rules still pending and just over three months left before the target implementation date of July 1, some are asking the division to consider delaying the effective date to ensure a smooth launch.
