A constitutional challenge to the Oklahoma Option has put the brakes on a lawmaker’s interest in drafting opt-out legislation in Wisconsin. Proponents of alternative benefits plans have touted Wisconsin as the next opt-out frontier, but Rep. John Spiros said he has no plans to draft any such legislation.
