CAAA Webinar to Cover 'Not Zero' Causation Standard

The California Applicants' Attorneys Association is holding a webinar Aug. 8 that will cover the "not zero" standard causation. In addition to exploring what the standard means, the webinar will also cover what applicants' attorneys need to look for in cases where causation is disputed or denied by medical-legal evaluators.
