The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau has posted to its website updated plans and manuals for 2020.
The documents reflect changes proposed in a WCIRB regulatory filing that will take effect Jan. 1. California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara approved the filing on Sept. 5.
