Two Defendants in Kickback Scheme Start Serving Sentences

Two defendants who operated companies that referred patients to providers for kickbacks started serving their sentences at a federal prison in Central California last week. Fermin Iglesias started serving his 60-month sentence at the Taft Correctional Institute on Wednesday, according to court documents and online inmate records.
