Lawmakers in Oregon have filed in advance of the 2014 legislative session that starts on Feb. 3 three workers' compensation measures addressing public body liability for wrongful deaths, self-insured employer groups and the responsibility of employee health plans to pay for services while a claim is pending.House Bill 4048, by Rep.
