MA Issues Corrected COLA Calculator

The Massachusetts Division of Industrial Accidents has issued a circular advising that the Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) table that issued in October 2002 has a calculation error and is being replaced.Due to a calculation error in the COLA Table (Table I) on Circular Letter #310 issued in, the DIA is issuing an amended Table I. The corrected table is linked below and should be used to calculate COLA payments from October 1, 2002 forward.
