No TTD for Worker's Periods of Unemployment Unrelated to Injury

An Ohio appellate court ruled that an injured worker was not entitled to temporary total disability benefits for the periods when his industrial injuries were not the cause of his unemployment. Case: State ex rel. Schumacher v. Auto Systems Centers Inc., 16AP-535, 06/27/2017, published. Facts: Paul Schumacher suffered injuries in a workplace fall in July 2011.
