Initial Vote on Medical Fee Schedule Slated for Monday

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission has moved the date to review and approve its new medical fee schedule to Monday. Tuesday had been the date of final approval. Virginia is one of seven states without a medical fee schedule, according to the Workers Compensation Research Institute.
