Prosecutors have filed felony charges against a Monsey, New York, man who is accused of opening a meat market while receiving workers’ compensation benefits and running a trash hauling business on the side, according to a report by lohud.com. The Rockland County District Attorney charged Jerry B. Cox, 54, with grand larceny insurance fraud, falsifying business records, offering a false instrument for filing and fraudulent practices in workers’ compensation, all felonies.
