The Kentucky Court of Appeals upheld an award of permanent partial disability benefits to a worker for her injuries from a fall on her second day at a new job. Case: Moore v. Uspiritus, No. 2017-CA-001409-WC, 08/31/2018, unpublished. Facts: Christina Moore fell down a flight of stairs on her second day of work for Uspiritus Inc. in July 2014.
