The numbers are in, and the insurers operating in Oregon who paid the state the most in workers' comp-related penalties in the first quarter of 2017 were Old Republic General Insurance Corp., New York Marine and General Insurance Co., American Zurich Insurance Co., Farmington Casualty Co. and New Hampshire Insurance Co.
New Hampshire Insurance and American Zurich Insurance paid the highest number of penalties during the first quarter — 19 times and 16 times, respectively.
