HB 296 Battle of Op-Eds Creates 'Misleading' Statements All Around

The sponsor of a Kentucky workers' compensation reform bill has written a letter to the editor criticizing the Fraternal Order of Police for making "misleading" statements about his bill. But a House Bill 296 opponent says Rep.
