Three executives with a Southern California real estate firm face up to one year in jail and probation after pleading guilty to unemployment insurance fraud and operating without workers' compensation in charges stemming from the November death of a worker, according to a report by the NBC affiliate in San Diego. Three Frogs' President David Scott Wolfe, Chief Financial Officer Jonathan D. Cox and Chief Operating Officer John Murphy agreed to pay $300,000 out of a trust fund to a child of one of their employees, who was killed in a tree-trimming accident.
