IL App Court - No Jurisdiction on Circuit Remand

The Illinois Appellate Court, Industrial Commission Division, 1st District, in dismissing an appeal by an employer, ruled that when the circuit court reverses a decision of the commission and remands the case to the commission for further proceedings, the order is interlocutory and not appealable.
