ACP Applauds Bill Proposing Uniform Licensing Laws for Adjusters

The Association of Claims Professionals applauded the introduction of federal legislation that would require states to adopt uniform and reciprocal licensing laws for independent claims adjusters. U.S. Reps. David Kustoff, R-Tennessee, and Bill Foster, D-Illinois, on Thursday introduced HR 4037, the Claims Licensing Advancement for Interstate Matters act.
