Construction Firm Owner Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy Charge

Federal prosecutors in Florida announced that the owner of a construction company pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud stemming from allegations that he falsified payroll documents to reduce his workers’ compensation premiums. Ramon Paz, 52, owned and managed a company that supplied services and labor to construction site contractors.
