Court Clarifies Jurisdiction for Appeal of Order Terminating Worker's Entitlement to Benefits

In a case of first impression, an Ohio appellate court ruled that the Court of Common Pleas had jurisdiction to hear a worker's appeal from an Industrial Commission order terminating her ability to participate in the workers' compensation fund for one of her medical conditions, even though she continued to participate in the fund for other allowed conditions arising out of the same accident.  Case: Clendenin v.
