Three Doctors Named Repeat Offenders in Documentation Report

Some of the same physicians named in 2017 as poor performers in documenting workplace injuries in Texas have made the list again this year. Every two years, the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation grades physicians on how well they complete medical evaluation reports, work-status reports and supporting documentation.
